ELIDOR X TOG STEP BY STEP ON OUR OWN PATH EDUCATION SERIES
According to research, 6 out of every 10 young women in Turkey say there are obstacles between them and their dreams. As part of the #OnOurOwnPath project launched by Elidor, we created a brand-new educational series centered around the life stories and experiences of seven inspiring women.
Through the “Step by Step on Our Own Path” Personal Development Program—developed in collaboration with the Community Volunteers Foundation (TOG) and the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW)—we provided free video content to guide and support more than 2 million young women. This fully free program, consisting of various videos, invites young women to reflect on their dreams, get to know themselves better, discover their strengths, recognize the factors that can help them achieve their goals, and define their future aspirations.
With real-life role models like Cansu Canan, Zeynep Bastık, Meriç Aral, Gülse Birsel, Ece Çiftçi, Emine Yiğci, and Göze İşcan, we’ve expanded our “sisterhood” movement and multiplied our sources of inspiration.
You can access the specially prepared Step by Step on Our Own Path online training content—created with the support of the International Center for Research on Women and the Community Volunteers Foundation—on the Elidor YouTube channel or by clicking here.

TOG x Elidor Young Women’s Support Centers:
Stepping into a Stronger Future
In partnership with the Community Volunteers Foundation (TOG) and Elidor, we have established “Elidor x TOG Young Women’s Support Centers” in Adıyaman, Kahramanmaraş, Hatay, and Malatya—regions affected by the February 6 earthquakes. Our focus is to strengthen the well-being of young women in these areas.
At these four centers, we support young women affected by the earthquake through carefully developed programs led by TOG experts. Our goal is to stand by them during these difficult times and help enhance their emotional and mental well-being.
Artist Karsu joins us as the communication ambassador of the project, empowering our efforts. With her support, we aim to expand our impact and reach even more young women.
Through the “TOG x Elidor Young Women’s Support Centers,” this project aims to contribute to the personal and social development of young women. With Elidor’s backing, we are building a long-term solidarity network in earthquake-affected regions. These centers are designed to provide every kind of support necessary to help young women feel strong and supported.
